Ms. Mirta Nieves began her real estate career in February 2020 with a personal transaction, which led to her desire to learn and do more in the industry. Prior to real estate sales, she spent over twenty years in business and accounting, prioritizing high levels of service.

"Both of my parents are from Utuado, Puerto Rico which is located within a mountainous ascent that is quite breath-taking. I was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in the South Jersey area. I speak Spanish as well as English fluently. I have lived in Philadelphia and the surrounding area including West Norriton and Bensalem. I consider Lancaster, Pennsylvania my second home with a host of family and friends. I am a licensed Realtor in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Additionally, I hold a Pennsylvania Public Notary license."
